Membership / Employment Application

Taneytown Volunteer Fire Company is currently accepting applications for full-time ALS. This is a 24/72 hour shift schedule. 

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements to include but not limited to:
• High school diploma, or the equivalent
• Minimum valid Class C driver’s license with no greater than 3 points.
• Current Maryland advanced life support certification, National Registry 
• Successful completion of the following MFRI or equivalent courses:
o Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (EVOC)
o Hazardous Materials Operations
o NIMS 100, 200, 700 & 800
• Preference may be given to applicants possessing the following:
o MFRI or Proboard Firefighter I
