On Saturday evening January 31, The Taneytown Volunteer Fire Company held their annual banquet at their activities center.
Chief Robinson presented the Chief and Acting President with a certificate of appreciation to commemorate Taneytown’s 129 years of service to their community. The 2026 administrative and operational officers were recognized as well as the top 10 responders for 2026. CCVESA Chaplain Sam Mann led the annual memorial service which recognized deceased members from 2025.
